  • Note on Browser Updates (Friday, April 6, 2012)
    Both Internet Explorer and Firefox have recently released major updates (IE9 and Firefox 11.) Please note that these new versions are NOT yet certified for use with MyGateway. It has been confirmed that the new versions cause some Blackboard features to work incorrectly. Blackboard, Inc., the vendor for MyGateway, can only begin working on patches to correct issues with any new browser after they have been released to the public. There is always a few months of lag time between any new browser release and Blackboard compatibility. If you plan to update a browser on your computer, please be sure to leave the others at the current versions to ensure that you have a backup method of accessing all MyGateway tools.
